Vintage Collective London — Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK)
At Vintage Collective London, we take great care to describe and photograph each item accurately. All pieces — including clothing, accessories and eyewear — are vintage or deadstock and often one of a kind. As such, we do not offer refunds, and exchanges are only possible in limited cases.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Exchanges are not usually possible, as most items are unique and may not be replaceable with a similar style, size or item.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your item arrives and is significantly damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or repair. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@vintagecollectivelondon.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, where applicable
We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of vintage and deadstock items, returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or fit
- Minor wear consistent with age (e.g. light scuffing, minor fading)
- Items marked as final sale or archive
We always aim to note any significant flaws in the product description, so please read carefully before purchasing.
Eyewear Notice
All eyewear is sold as vintage or deadstock and may require lens fitting by a qualified optician. We recommend checking measurements or asking us any questions before purchasing, as most frames are one of one.
Return Process for Accepted Cases
If your return is accepted:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notification
- Items must be returned in the condition received
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement, as agreed.
