Dispatch & Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days of purchase.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Europe & International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or a suitable courier (e.g., DHL or UPS) depending on the destination.
Tracking information will be provided where available.

UK orders - Free shipping
EU orders - £10.95 flat rate - Free shipping with more than one pair purchased.
Rest Of the World - £14.95 flat rate - Free shipping with more than one pair purchased.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Europe: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World: 7–14 working days from dispatch (may vary depending on customs).
Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Most items are one of a kind, so we are unable to offer exchanges.
If you believe your item is faulty or misdescribed, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@vintagecollectivelondon.com with photos and your order number.
We will respond within 3 working days to resolve the issue.
All returns must be authorised in advance. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
